ServiceNow Knowledge 23 Event: Las Vegas
ServiceNow hosts its annual customer conference, “Knowledge,” in Las Vegas, Nevada. The highly anticipated event brings ServiceNow customers from all over the world to share their experiences, best practices, and learn more about the Now Platform.
K23 was the largest event to date that ServiceNow has produced and included hundreds of pieces of content including a gigantic 3 dimensional interactive hub featuring three 360 pillars that held up two overhead circular screens. Content created for these screens represented the various functions, features and benefits of SN’s software solution as well as important messaging about the conference.
I lead the team that created this content over a 5 month production cycle. Working with world renowned event production company Fuse (creators of the StageCraft Volume used in Star Wars: The Mandalorian series) and conceptual production powerhouse Scholar, the ServiceNow team created something truly impressive that had the show attendees buzzing with excitement.

To launch Samsung’s all new 8K TV at IFA in Berlin, we made ‘real posters’. At first glance, they appeared to be regular posters but on closer inspection passersby saw real actors, real props and a real set; crafted by award-winning cinema production designer Patrick Lumb. The ‘real posters’ are much like the Samsung 8K TV— they made the viewer question whether what they’re were looking at was real or not.

In 2019 we shot a second time at Augusta National Golf Club with Mercedes-Benz Brand Ambassador, Rickie Fowler, this time with the new Maybach GLS. It’s pretty rare to have access to this amazing location and it comes with a lot of production rules to follow, including a very small footprint, and very limited time allowed on the golf course for shooting. Even with these challenges and a pretty tight budget, we made some amazing content. Some of which played during the TV broadcast.

We’ve transformed female racing champion Ewy Rosqvist’s Mercedes-Benz into a toy car that aims to inspire young girls. In 1962, Rosqvist was the first woman to win a long distance rally when she entered the grueling Argentinian Touring Car Grand Prix.

What was the first road trip ever taken? The history of just getting into the car and hitting the road dates way back to the first car ever built, as Bertha Benz — the wife, investor and business partner of inventor Karl Benz — took his Patent-Motorwagen for a long drive in the countryside 130 years ago this month, in August 1888.
Developed as part of Mercedes-Benz USA’s “Brand Love” series, The First Driver tells the inspiring story of the first ever road trip. Normal Content along with our R/GA creative team, led by Jo Crean and Tal Shub brought the story to life in a short film set in the 1800. Period pieces are not an easy feat, especially given our limited budgets and short timelines. The team created something really special that resonated with both clients and fans of the brand.
My role was limited on this project (mostly helping to sell it through to clients, securing budget and keeping it moving forward in general). The real leg work came from our creatives, studio producer Ben Hassey and our account lead Ben Kravits (we call those two the “Mercedes Bens”).

For years, luxury car brands have been trying to increase brand love from the coveted millennial audience because their current customers are aging out. For Christmas 2018, we saw an opportunity to reach millennials in a completely new way.
Despite the way many brands perceive them, “Millennials aren’t kids anymore. They have kids.”* So, to increase brand love from them this holiday season, we didn’t do something for them, we did something for the people who are actually in charge of Christmas: their kids.
The Lil’ Benz Dealership: an authentic Mercedes dealership experience where every detail was transformed to be kid-sized. There were little Mercedes-Benz cars, little salespeople, little owner’s manuals (where were also coloring books), and even a photo both for making little driver’s licenses on the spot. To advertise, we made ads that looked exactly like premium Mercedes print ads, until we revealed that the cars were actually kid-sized. Our films were even narrated by our brand voice: Jon Hamm.

Description: Winning the Masters Tournament is a dream for every golfer. For the 2017 Masters Tournament, We teamed up with Mercedes-Benz global brand ambassador, Rickie Fowler to create a video showcasing Fowler’s lifelong dream of playing at the world's most prestigious gold tournament, The Masters.

We marked the countdown to Pebble Beach by working with the Mercedes-Benz Classic Center to create a 4-day Instagram takeover featuring classic Mercedes-Benz vehicles throughout the years. Each era was depicted with a series of still photography, as well as Cinemagraphs matched to the style of its respective era, with a nod to the relevant Instagram filters.
The story began in elegant black and white — a rarity on our social
channels — then evolves with each vehicle shown, right up to the latest high-definition digital shots. It’s Pebble Beach as only Mercedes-Benz can do it.

To celebrate Mercedes-Benz heritage brought to life at the 2015 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, Mercedes-Benz USA has created an interactive timeline of vehicles on Instagram, called "A Scroll Through Time." It defines a new way of viewing photos on the photo-sharing social network: Users must turn their mobile devices sideways and scroll to the right to go through the timeline in grid view.

This was a small but fun Halloween project we shot in a warehouse in Atlanta with an amazing team that included make-up artists who have done a lot of work on The Walking Dead series. In 2011m Dentyne set out to ramp up sales and increase market share. To achieve this, the brand launched a faux-PSA campaign around the message of "Practicing Safe Breath." The campaign yielded a 1,000% increate in Facebook fans in less than a year and more than 820K interactions. Dentyne's Facebook posts generated 2X as many comments as other brands with the same fan base.
